This Attractive 100 year old cottage is in the heart of the popular village of Edzell. Great walks abound with a well tended park and childrens play area within 100 yards. All five of the Angus Glens are easily reached, with Glen Lethnot and Glen Esk nearby.

The beautiful Angus golf courses are all close at hand with Edzells own 18 and 9 hole courses just 5 minutes away. The Championship course at Carnoustie is just 45 minutes away.

Beaches at Montrose, St Cyrus and Lunan Bay, with sea cliffs and bird colonies at Crawton, a short drive away. A scenic 25 mile drive takes you over the Cairn O' Mount to Royal Deeside. There are plenty of village shops, pubs and local eating places within 200 yards of the cottage.
